Reform happens when enough people make the same reasonable request at the same time. Pick the one that fits every one of them takes under two minutes.
The single most useful thing you can do. A larger list means a louder, more credible voice with media and policymakers.
Numbers move policymakers. Stories move everyone else. Tell us what happened to you or someone you love inside the system — you control whether your name is ever used.

This movement doesn’t have one face. It has as many as we can earn — patients, physicians, and community advocates willing to make the case in their own words, in their own communities.

Clinicians who lend their professional voice to the reform case — reviewing positions, speaking to media, or simply being counted. Attribution entirely your choice.
Apply via the physician intake
Stay non-partisan. Ambassadors don’t attach the movement to parties, candidates, or campaigns. This is the one rule we don’t flex on.
Use our numbers. If a figure isn’t in the approved materials, don’t cite it. Credibility is the whole asset here.
Speak for yourself. You represent your own experience and views, not your employer, hospital, or professional body.
Tell us when something’s wrong. If a position doesn’t match what you see on the ground, we want to hear it — that’s what the feedback loop is for.
